Is my online order safe?

• Your Official Tickets uses the latest encryption and secured online ordering systems available. In addition all your informtion is guaranteed after the order and will not be used for any other purpose besides fulfilling the order.


What is your low price guarantee?

• If you find the same or a lower price on another online broker site within 48 hours, we will match the price. This exlcudes any box office, direct ticket outlet centers or ticket auction sites. To qualify email the link with the price details to Customer Service to qualify.
  Dates and seat locations must match. Please include this information to qualify.


What if I do not get my tickets in time?

• Your Official Tickets uses FedEx for all orders unless otherwise noted. In addition to our 100% Ticket Guarantee we ensure on-time delivery. Most tickets will ship out approximately 7-10 days before the event.
     If you are ordering for an event less than 7 days away, please use the overnight or priority options. If you are ordering on a weekend or holiday for an event on the same day, you must order by phone.


Are the seats together / What are the seat numbers?

• Any listings with more than one ticket are together unless otherwise noted. Since the tickets are often bought in blocks, the seat numbers are not always listed online. Are your prices the face value of the ticket?

• The prices are determined by the broker or private party with the tickets. The prices listed is our cost for the tickets and charges for locating and procuring the tickets. Although most prices are higher than the face value of the ticket, prices are determined by demand and other services involved with procuring the tickets.
